Hello my name is Doa’a!
I’m a free soul and energetic being, a perpetual student who is always eager to learn new things, a human who is lookingto thrive in every shape and form , and very disciplined and committed to self-growth, a grateful mom and a blessed wife.
The first label that comes to our minds when we hear self-love Is selfishness.
The topic of self-love has two poles to it:
Taking time for yourself by booking a spa day, eating your favorite dish in a fine dining
restaurant, chilling out or visiting places you feel connected to is all great and beautiful but it is also all external practices and their impact on your inner health will not last long; this effect comes from inner work and self-love practices thathave lasting impact on your fulfillment.
How to say NO to situations you don’t want to be part of, when you decide to let go of certain relationships or habits or things that doesn’t serve you anymore, not from a place of EGO but from a place of LOVE.
Self-love is about shifting your focus and flipping your lens from the outer-world to the inner-world and working on your shadows, accepting them and sending them love with a clear intention to release.
Having awareness that you hold within you two sides; the light and darkness the good and the bad.
Self-love is the first huge gate for Self Discovery and fulfillment, to unlock your higher values along the way, once it’s opened it will transcend you to your highest possibilities, you will start to operate from a place of love not fear, you will spread your wings fully in this world and unleash the power within.
My old version was the complete opposite of what we’ve been discussing earlier, I was seeking approval from my surroundings all the time, until I decided not to do so and my life started to change to the better.
I am sharing this with you to inspire and encourage every single one who is reading my words to initiate this journey, I’m not saying it will be easy, but what I can ensure, it is worth the investment, your reward is meeting your True YOU.
As a contribution from my end I’m going to share with you some tools on how to stay aligned and focused throughout the day:
Can’t emphasize enough how impactful it is.
Start by taking a deep breath from your nose for four counts, hold for six and breath out from your nose slowly for eight counts, repeat at least 10 times morning and before bed.
Never underestimate the small acts, they can do wonders once they are paired with consistency and repetition.
List 3 things your are grateful for first thing in the morning.
Everything in life was created in the intentional field first and then shaped in our physical world, so by that being said, always set an intention for your day or the things you’re going to do.
We are energetic beings, affect and get affected by everything we interact with consciously or unconsciously, to balance out our energetic body and recharge our physical one, we should get connected with our nature on our daily basis, simply walk barefooted on the grass, sand for at least 30 mins a day.
My intention that this blog will reach all the people having questions on how to put a solid first step in their self-discovery and self-love journey .
